working with redirect using HTTP web request

    Hi

    I am trying to create a Pligg Bot but getting stuck in posting part , specially in handling redirect , normal redirect code is not working , getting 404 error

    Can any one help

    You need to tell a bit more to get help. Like which class you are using for request handling? What are you doing currently to handle redirect.

    Yes do it always to avoid indirect redirect to our website..saves time and increases our web traffic...use w3schools reference guide for it..it helps you out

    Some things to watch for

    1.) Make sure you are store all cook ies in a cook ie container
    2.) Make sure you have a User-Agent Set
    3.) Make sure you are setting a referrer
    4.) you can trying using request.allowredirect = true or false in your httpwebrequest call to see if it helps either way.
