If you are registering to try and spam the board or to post an ad, think twice. We don't play nice with spammers. We WILL find and nuke your ad and we WILL then ban your account. We take NO prisoners, there are NO survivors, there are NO second chances. This is a board for SERIOUS marketers who are REALLY working to build a business. Follow the rules and you'll be welcomed with open arms. Abuse the forum and post junk spam and we will kick you out quickly, efficiently and with extreme prejudice. You have been WARNED!. Now on to our rules.



1 – English Only – All posts must be written in English. No exceptions! Anyone caught posting in any language other than English will receive an infraction, their post removed and possibly banned.

2 – One Account Only – You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive, regardless of who you are. If you choose to ignore this IMPORTANT RESTRICTION, all of your accounts will be DISABLED. PERMANENTLY

3 – Your Behavior – Use common sense and show respect to ALL of your fellow MMD members. Do not flame, demoralize, demean or cause problems for anyone on this forum.
Any posts that disrupt the general peace will be deleted without warning. Repeat offenders will be issued an infraction or banned at our discretion.
And of course arguing with an Admin or Mod could get you an immediate and permanent Banning.

4 – Profanity & Slander – MMD is supposed to be an enjoyable business forum. We don't intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within posts, but we will enforce the policies outlined here or within the forum for excessive profanity/slander. Use common sense and keep in mind that this is a business forum.
On the Internet words in all CAPS signifies shouting. Since no one likes being shouted at, POSTS that are in all caps will be locked/removed.

5 – Racial Remarks – Racism of any kind will not be tolerated here. The only colour that should matter around here is GREEN!

6 – Nudity – We are trying to run a decent forum here. No nudity or porn is allowed in signatures or avatars. Doing so will result in an infraction or banning until you change it. No nudity of minors. PERIOD! In this forum, a minor is considered anyone under the age of 18.

7 – Prohibited Topics – The following topics are no longer allowed to be discussed on this forum and will result in a ban:

* Carding (credit cards)
* Ponzi schemes

* Asking why a thread/post was deleted or closed (again, PM a mod!)

8 – Prohibited Activities – The following activities are no longer allowed on this forum and will result in a infraction or ban.
* Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal money for eGold money)
* Please do not list or attempt to sell any Online Financial Account of any kind on this Forum. This includes, but is not limited to, any PayPal, E-Gold, Hyip or Surfs site accounts.
* Selling/Exchanging bank accounts.
* Selling other forum accounts.
* Selling/Exchanging CPA accounts.
* Selling/Exchanging Social Security Numbers or Identities.
* CPA offer filling circles, adcense clicking circles, cpalead survey filling circles ..ect
* Links which require members to fill out "Survey's".
* Paying to have CPA or Affiliate offers filled.
* Requesting fake review comments for other forums' BST sections.
* Pre-sell / hype threads.

9 – H4cking – This is NOT a h4cking forum, this is a MARKETING forum. Discussion of h4cking topics, methods, theories, or anything h4cking-related is STRICTLY Prohibited! Posting h4cking software or tools is also strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a permanent ban.

10 – Promoting Other Forums or Membership Sites. – You are not allowed to promote any other forums/membership sites here by any means, not even in your signature. I don't care if you own it, your friend owns it, or your grandma owns it.

11 – Affiliate Links – Affiliate links are only allowed in Signatures. Any other use of affiliate links are strictly prohibited! Affiliate links will be removed from any post/thread and the poster will be infracted or banned.

12 – Spam – Absolutely no spam of any kind is allowed here. This includes PM spamming. If you're caught spamming, you will be permanently banned from this forum. No warnings, no questions asked, no second chances. If you have a great opportunity or product you want to tell people about, create a proper thread, stick it into your signature and make real posts.

13 - Thread Hijacking - If you don't have anything relevant to say in a particular thread (especially the Off-Topic one's) please refrain from posting. Simply putting your spin on things and disrupting other conversations will not be tolerated. It is also not appropriate to jump from thread to thread, complaining, arguing, attacking others and their points of view. Keep all thread material thread specific. Further more, posting in another members PAID or AFFILIATE PROMOTIONS thread for the purpose of stealing sales or affiliates, Will not be tolerated and will result in a infraction or ban.

14 – Post Count Inflation – Do not post excessive amounts of short replies "one liners" for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thanks for the share” & other short, worthless posts. If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button, That’s what it’s there for. If you are caught inflating your post count, all of those replies will be deleted without notice and an infraction or ban will be issued.
Also refrain from BUMPING OLD threads, it is pointless, and adds no value.

15 – PM Solicitation – Do not try to sell anything via PM. Do not ask people to PM you for information, only to try to sell it to them after they contact you. Remember we can read all PM's. If you have something you want to sell on this forum, you MUST post it in the BST, which requires staff approval. If you are caught soliciting via PM, your account will be banned without notice.

16 – Signatures – You must have 50 quality posts and promoted to Very Active Member status, before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. All VIP members will be permited use of a Signatures, no matter their post count. You may post 1 affiliate link or 1 SMALL banner in your signature. Do not use a font size larger than #2, crazy fonts/colors, sound clips, excessive smilies, or anything else annoying. We reserve the right to change, delete or rearrange your signature as we see fit, at any time.

17 – C00kie Stuffin6 The Forum – Anyone caught trying to actually stuff MMD will be banned permanently without warning. NO MENTION OF ANY METHODS CONSISTING OF CS EITHER.

18 – The Report Button – If you find a post that looks like it's in direct violation of the forum rules, please report it to us by using the report button.
There is a report button for every members post, as well as in each PM that you receive. Clicking it will send an email to every Administrator and Moderator informing them of the post's or PM's location, so that we can find it and take care of the problem. This is the best way to fight against spammers or people who are trying to cause trouble.
If you just ignore it, it may never get addressed! Reporting a post is completely anonymous, the person you are reporting will not know who reported the post.

19 – The Thanks Button – If you have found the information from another member useful or helpful, please make use of the Thanks button, instead of posting a reply that merely says “thank you". This helps us keep the forum clean and free of clutter, and helps to improve the other person's reputation on this forum. You may also use the Rep button to give another user positive or negative rep as you see fit, and can include a brief note to the other member. Do not abuse our Thanks or Rep system.

20 – iTrader – iTrader is a member rating / feedback system. It allows you to leave a Positive, Neutral, or Negative rating for someone, based on their performance as a buyer or seller, after conducting a business transaction with them. iTrader ratings are viewable by the public, which allows you to view other member's iTrader scores and judge whether or not you should conduct business with them.

Note: iTrader is only to be used AFTER a business transaction has occurred. If you are considering leaving someone negative iTrader feedback, we suggest that you do all that you can to contact the other party and resolve your problems with them directly. Please be patient and remember that people have to sleep and cannot be online all the time. DO NOT ABUSE our iTrader system! Anyone caught leaving fraudulent iTrader ratings will be banned without warning.

21 – Infractions and Bans – As much as we hate to give them, Our Admins & Mods have the right to issue infractions or bans as they see fit. If you receive 4 infractions on this forum, it could result in a permanent ban.

22 – Public Complaints About The MMD Staff – Public posts debating or complaining about our rules, or an Administrator's or Moderator’s enforcement of such rules, is strictly prohibited and will be removed without notice. This is also a sure-fire way to get yourself an infraction or possibly even a ban. We encourage and welcome all feedback & suggestions on this forum, and invite you to use the Feedback & Suggestions section for such things. If you have a problem with a member of our staff, it is best to simply send a PM to an Administrator to get the issue resolved. We are here to support you, but we will not allow our staff to be publicly ridiculed or flamed.

23 – Illegal Downloads – Do not supply links to anything that is listed in our Do Not Share List. C'mon guys we don't have one here. We just ask if it belongs to a fellow member, respect them and don't do it.Do not upload any copyrighted material to this site without the expressed permission of the copyright holder. Any copyrighted material should be approved by a member of our staff, BEFORE you upload it. All such material will be removed without notice. Our DCMA POLICY

24 - Downloads - Do not try to use any sneaky tactics, or provide any download link that contains anything malicious, such as Spyware, Adware, Warez, Viruses, Trojans, etc… As this will only get your account banned. If you are unsure about a file you'd like to share, please send a PM to a member of our staff first to ask if it would be OK to upload it. We are only interested in current applications, if it is older than a 6 months, chances are it is not valid any longer and will not help members.
Please check your files for viruses BEFORE uploading them by scanning them for free at virustotal.com or Jotti's malware scan if the file is to big for these then please provide a computer scan through NOD32.
Paid download sites such as sharecash.org are no longer allowed here, we prefer our shares to be free from all that wasted time.
Acceptable sharing sites, Rapidshare - Megaupload - Mediafire. Actually any upload site as long as it doesn't require to fill out anything. This applies to survey's as well.

25 – Sell Your Services Section – This section of the forum is where you are allowed to sell your SERVICES. No software, scripts, ebooks, money-making methods, or physical items are to be sold or requested here. This section is for SERVICES only!Not Coaching!
If you wish to list your services on this forum, you must first contact a member of our staff to have your service reviewed.
If approved, you will then be required to pay a $35 fee to have your service listed.

26 – Buy, Sell & Trade Section – This section of the forum is where you are allowed to sell tangible & digital items to other members.
The cost to start a thread in this section is also $35 fee. Before you can start your thread here, you must first have a member of our STAFF review your product. You must supply a FULL working copy (NO DEMOS) or FULL access to our staff. You must also provide proof of earnings or legitimacy to back up your claims.
If your item is not a MMD exclusive, the price you sell for @ MMD MUST match the lowest price offered elsewhere.
DO NOT POST any of your contact information, in the sales thread. Except to Pm you regarding sales.
If you are not comfortable with these terms, then you should not try to sell here.

We cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that result from the use of this forum, its subsections, its members, staff, or transactions. However, we are interested in any and all scams that take place on this forum. All claims of fraud or scams must provide solid proof.

27 - Joint Ventures - To prevent people from just joining MMD and posting JV's, scamming members and then disappearing.
MMD requires a MINIMUM of 50 posts to START a JV thread and a minimum of 20 posts to post in the JV section.
Any attempts to start or post JV's outside of the JV section will result in thread being removed, and member will receive infraction or ban.
Also MMD staff will be scrutinizing each and everyone of them.

28 – VIP – In order to become a VIP member on MMD. You can make a donation of $20/month. The other way is to be nominated by the Admin or Mod's. The VIP members have access to not only all the private sections but also the Money Maker Download section with tons of ebooks and all different types of money making methods/software updated very often. As a VIP member not only are you supporting the forum but also gaining access to the inside marketing secrets, which is NOT indexed by any search engines or viewable by any non VIP members.

29 – Elite VIP – These members have been upgraded to Elite VIP Member status because of there willingness to help our community with there knowledge in areas they are skilled in. These members are professionals who know the ins and outs of many money making methods and deserve such status. The only way someone can gain this title is by an Administrator noticing there talents and gifts to the forum. The Elite VIP Members get everything the VIP members get except for free. If you become a Elite VIP Member and want to use the subscription services contact an Admin to make sure you are getting the services you deserve. All Elite VIP Members will get not only free subscription services but will also receive the newest information and access to all new additions to the subscription services.

Our suggestion to those who want to become a Elite VIP Member is to give back to our members and don't be so stingy with your money making ideas. If you wish to make it into the Elite VIP section one day, your best bet is to make it to the VIP section first and then stand out by being a helpful and productive member.

30 – The Crap Can – If for some reason you are found to be a scammer or providing the forum with dishonesty in regards to lying about products, reviews, testimonials, earnings, or anything scammish in nature, you will find yourself in The Crap Can. If you find yourself or a product of yours in the CrapCan and wish to redeem yourself and be removed, you must contact an Admin or Mod and explain your story. An Admin or Mod will contact the parties involved and it will result in one of two things: Either you/it will stay there, or you/it will be cleared and removed. If you do not reply to the CrapCan thread, you will stay there indefinitely. Anyone caught abusing The CrapCan, or falsely accusing someone of something worthy of a place in The CrapCan, then you will be infractioned and/or banned as we see fit.

31 - Adult Section, Promotion - Any member who wishes to promote there adult affiliate network, whether you are the owner or appointed rep. Must prove ownership or appointed position. This is achieved by contacting a staff member, which will then provide you with a text file to be uploaded to your site. Once uploaded, contact the staff member, and they will verify. Once verified you will be welcome to post your thread and promote your adult affiliate program.

32 - Coaching/Mentoring - Any type of paid Coaching/Mentoring program will NOT be PERMITTED on MMD.
Information on MMD is FREE! We will not allow any type of promotion of these, this includes signatures, threads, posts and pm's. Anyone found to be promoting a coaching/mentoring program on MMD will be banned.
Don't request coaching/mentoring or your thread/post will be removed and you will be infractioned or banned.
Further more any FREE Coaching/Mentoring, must be approved by MMD staff before for it is permitted.

33) - Fraud - No fraudulent behavior will be tolerated period! Scamming, carding, identity theft, cpa/affiliate fraud, stealing ..ect These are not blackhat methods and they only serve to hurt the networks, the affiliate programs, the merchants, the biller's and the marketers! (Meaning me and you!) Fraud will only kill methods and further put an asterisk over our industry all together. Anyone found to be discussing, promoting or being involved in any type of fraud will be permanently banned from MMD at once! SO JUST DON'T DO IT!

Overall - Too many posters are getting stuck in a rut and it appears that because there is nothing more to do, many of you go out and create mischief. Civil debates are fine, but arguing for the sake of arguing is not going to be tolerated. Too many of you are taking this ranting to a whole new level and its not acceptable. Not only is it disturbing and degrading to others and to the forum as a whole, it will no longer be tolerated. This means threads are going to be closely watched and heavily moderated if you can't rein it in.

Yeah I know there is a lot of Rules, but hey we want a nice clean, profitable forum. You help us, we will help you. So go ahead enjoy yourself, just keep these Rules in mind.
