    Just wanted to give some heads up about these guys, For the past few day's I've been trying to contact their "support" team about issues with their software, After making a number of post on their support forum & sending emails I got a reply today...

    The reply was telling me NOT to use two methods of support, because it will slow things down?
    They don't want me emailing them and after waiting their promised 24hrs for a response making some comments on their support forum?

    The support teams reply did nothing at all to help me with my issues, or ask any info about it. They simply put a link to a thread on their support forum that had nothing at all to do with the issues I was having, and even after replying on the forum they ignore my comments?

    Their products are dirt cheap, so I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" could not be more correct with these guys.
    I would not recommend these guys to anyone, worst support team I have ever seen.

    As far as the software goes, well they wont even speak to me about the issues, and I cant even login to the software. So I cant comment on how well it works, but from where i sit its junk.

    Your products are only as good as the support that backs them up, and these guys fail when it comes to support.

    Just some heads up to anyone that might be thinking about buying their forum posters.

    hi .. i must say i orderd it .. i got the reply email pretty fast .. downloaded it .. and ERROR couldn't log in .. so i was damn angry too and wrote at theire forum in the feedback thread and it didn't take long i got emails from the developer and i could login. I wanted to code a forum poster my own but with all that diffrent types of forums and lack of time .. i decided to spend that lousy 15$. Since the program "should" be good from what i read around the net. But in my opinion ... it's not very well programed and designed. Without the tutorial they offer u won't get far with it. I must say i had until now no time to set all that sections up .The Templates i dld from the web are missing the sections file (or am i doing something wrong ?!?) at least i have to set em all again. ....sure there are ready made for buying ...buy buy buy ...doh

    Get a refund on multiposter and grab thermaposter.
    Must better software and a lot better support.

    yep that was the one i couldnt remember .. pitty there's no demo out

    It's not a matter of a refund, its only around $15.00
    I just wanted to make sure MMD members stay away from them that's all.

    I got the software working but its extremely slow, when u click on the software it takes a few seconds for the windows to appear,
    when you right click, it takes even longer.

    The other version were better then the current.

    Hi.

    As I previously stated, and that you neglected to explain, is that we cannot repair every individuals computer. We can only help with problems concerning the application. I did explain how to get the application running, and you did reply stating that you had got it working, so I am a little confused as to why you would state that "the support is terrible". It is common practice for any company to ask that you not create threads on the forum and email them regarding the same thing. It would of course slow down support, since twice the amount of support items are being generated. It seems like common sense to me.

    I am sorry that you are not satisfied. You were entitled to a 7 day refund, - a perfectly reasonable timeframe - which you neglected to take advantage of, which I can only assume is because eventually you got it to work perfectly satisfactorily.

    The feedback regarding a "slow interface" is true, and is as a result of the unique border. This was removed in the following update, and has been confirmed to resolve the issue.

    We are just like every other company. You cannot please everybody. We are no different.
