Just wanted to give some heads up about these guys, For the past few day's I've been trying to contact their "support" team about issues with their software, After making a number of post on their support forum & sending emails I got a reply today... The reply was telling me NOT to use two methods of support, because it will slow things down? They don't want me emailing them and after waiting their promised 24hrs for a response making some comments on their support forum? The support teams reply did nothing at all to help me with my issues, or ask any info about it. They simply put a link to a thread on their support forum that had nothing at all to do with the issues I was having, and even after replying on the forum they ignore my comments? Their products are dirt cheap, so I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" could not be more correct with these guys. I would not recommend these guys to anyone, worst support team I have ever seen. As far as the software goes, well they wont even speak to me about the issues, and I cant even login to the software. So I cant comment on how well it works, but from where i sit its junk. Your products are only as good as the support that backs them up, and these guys fail when it comes to support. Just some heads up to anyone that might be thinking about buying their forum posters.
