If you go and fill out the sign up form on their site you will see that the Philippines is listed under "countries". So it's worth a try.
Yes Entice accepts affiliates from anywhere it's legal. It's sort of important to make sure you can speak GOOD English (or someone in your group does) so you can understand what to do and stuff. Make an account and contact them, they've been great to me!

yes, I did. he said my account is activated. But when i try to use it, it wont let me log in. That is why I want to try again.
I think that site is not good, Cause I heard some complain about that site that they have issue on their account that not converted the click of their client. sounds strange huh. I guess someone manipulated their account? How can you see your sale if you don't have unique clicks converted in your account? you will see your client click your link, but after a minute it will disappear in your stats. "it sounds they start scam some account" I talk to some Entice affiliate account owner they encounter the problem. If you email entice cash they will reply but they will not solve your issues until you resign. so if I were you just think about it first. I called shaving, there is tons of ways can be done by hiding the real clicks of your surfer if you have you own statistics software you have the power to control an on and off of your engine. Most of the time sponsors using their own software to do that shit!
