After 10 years of smoking(15cig - pack p/day) I managed to quit. I literally grew up with a smoke in my hand (started when I was 9 years old :s

. There were like a couple or more unsuccessful quitting attempts every year for the last 5 years or so. But with smoking, like with everything else, as long as you keep on trying, you will eventually succeed.
Also, for those that are trying to quit with all kinds of sticking-plasters and chewing gums - they don't help.
And to be totally honest, they make quitting even harder... what an irony. It's true. These supplements remind you of smoking. They make you think how much better smoking is though and probably after spitting out that tasteless piece of chewing gum, you light another cigarette. Those supplements are pointless, I'm tellin' ya.
The only thing that will help you quit is the right mindset. You have to forget about smoking. It's really tough for the first 3 days to a week or so, but before you know it, you've actually managed to forget that stupid habit.
I've been clean since May 17th and I'm lovin' it. I recommend quitting to everyone! The improvements that have been in smelling and tasting are incredible. Now I understand why people told me I smelled like an ashtray(that smell is actually really strong). Also, I was in a smoking-room for like 5 minutes and I could feel the smell on my clothes for days after. For example while I was still a smoker, I was in smoking-rooms for hours in total and I was never able to tell if my clothes had any smell on them. Physical improvements are also great.
QUIT ppl!
