Yes you may get your adsense account banned if you are rotating a site on a traffic exchange. The reason is it sometimes gives false hits. A couple of years ago when I first came into internet marketing I used traffic exchanges to help boost my alexa ranking. It worked. The quality of traffic you receive is very poor. Mostly freebie seekers. So use your imagination when posting to any of them.
its good to use traffic exchange on your own site or own affiliate site. make sure it doesn't run adsense. if your main source of income is adsense STAY AWAY from this.
i think using this kind of exchange traffic will be great help for us to increase the alexa rank without considering the quality of the traffic, and it also againt the adsense tos i think, i never use this in my adsense blog, if you want to search quality traffic, try to make a fan page on Facebook, and other social site, it will give you a huge impact for your traffic 
use traffic exchange and google will 100% ban you, even on easyhits4u they give you a warning not to use google ad$ense sites.
This old traffic exchangers are outdated i think the future is social networking, video marketing and podcasting
what if we use this to increase youtube video views? will google find out and remove my account/video? I know adsense is a no-no...
those who loved this post....let me remind u this is to be used if u arent using advertising campaign on ur site esp. adsense.....it will ban u asap...
yeah, just don't use this kind of advertising. It's not worth it if your account getting banned due to this.
