What is a W8 Form?
An IRS form that grants a foreigner an exemption from certain U.S. information return reporting and backup withholding regulations.
There are many variations of the W-8 form, such as the W-8BEN and W-8ECI.

Im getting pm's asking how to fill out their W8 Form's so i decided to make a thread for it.
Filling up a W8 form is easy.

First Step:
Fill out the Part 1 Identification of Beneficial Owner (See screenshots)

Second Step:
Fill out the Part 4 Certification (See screenshots)
