My goal to #1 spot in Google with a niche site with $0 investment.

Hey guys. I am starting a new journal.

Niche Domination with $0 and few hours a day.

My goal is create a niche site from scratch, create unique content, backlinks and reach #1 position of Google for my particular keyword.

The only cost will be the domain name for $10 at name and hosting that I already have with hostgator.

I will try to work everyday on the site and reach the top 5 in google in about 3 months.

And all that with $0 investment in seo or content. I will be creating all the content by myself and also will do manual link building.

I will be monetizing the site with adsense and amazon.

In this journal I will go step by step about everything I do for the start.

I don't have a goal of a certain amount of $ a day or a month.

My goal is to create a niche site, bring it up in google and flip it after 1 year of monetizing it with adsense and amazon

- I chose my niche
- Did my keyword research
- Got my domain
- Setup wordpress blog
- Checked the level of competition

Here are the results :

Niche : Dslr Cameras
site : mybestdslrcameras.com
main keyword: best dslr camera, best dslr cameras,
I will be also targeting low traffic keywords as well.

I chose to use wordpress and make it a blog. I think its the easiest way and its good for seo.

Plugins installed : All in one seo, Google Xml Site Maps.

My target is to make at least 1 unique article per day, rewrite it manually 5-10 times and post it to different article directories.

For now I wont be using any software until I start making money from the site.

My goal is to show people that it is possible to make it with only few bucks for a domain name and hosting.

Once I start getting payments I will invest that money into few software or outsource few things.

why not use some nulled/cracked softwares? they cost nothing and can do good work xD btw, try SEOpressor, it's not a free plugin but u can find working version here on MMD u can also try yahoo answers, they tend to rank good

good idea. I will try to find a good spinner and bookmarker for free to automate most of the work.
yahoo answers rank well but i don't want to rank yahoo, I need to rank my own website.

This is mainly white hat seo project

If anyone have these following tools : a good spinner ( free or cracked) a automatic social bookmarking tool ( free or cracked )

use spinner chief, it's free or try to find some nulled TBS here. for bookmarking u can use Bookmarking Demon. Bro, if u rank yahoo answer with answer that links to your blog that will be a backlink + traffic source, so it's worth it

The fact that you mentioned your niche and posted your site is great (I, for one, will not try to compete against you - try a cheap knockoff your site).

So i wrote my first article, submitted my site to : Pingoat to get it indexed and guess what, I just bought the domain name this morning and already indexed by Google.

You're making the right move of not monetizing your site right away. Let it grow a little, then throw some Amazon and Adsnse ads on it.

Update

So today I wrote I article for the site. Will rewrite it and spin it later to submit to major article directories.

If you analyze the posts in my blog. You can see that I use interlinking in the post and also directly in the middle of the text I insert a link pointing to my homepage or other important pagers of the site.

That is one technique of onpage seo that always did great for my sites.

I also noticed that the are both less than 300 words each - I'm not an expert but isn't this too little??
What is the keyword that you are targeting on each article?

I just want to learn as much as possible and understanding your process/plan behind what you do will help the rest of us improve ourselves.
What other On Page SEO techniques are you implementing?
Italicization of keyword, Bold, underline.....Providing one link to an outside page (ex: canon.com).....etc.

Nice Site.

Another very important thing you should do right away is get
some social bookmarks. My fav is SocialAdr.com. They do have a free method, but takes longer
for your backlinks to show up.

As you may already know, Search engines are paying more attention to SOCIAL sites now more than ever.
This is going to be new way to get relevant backlinks. Buzz and popularity are the words of today.

Also you may think about creating a Facebook fan page around your niche and backlink to your site.
