Difficult to say, I baught a PR4 domain recently with no keyword value for $2 yes it was a .info.
I am also assuming it is a domain with no website? see if you can sell it on a doamin auction, else I might be interested PM me with the url - I must admint I rarely buy domains for more than $20

it's very difficult to put a price on domains / websites, it always comes down to how much a person is willing to purchase it for. I may be interested in it to. You could also try your luck at flippa but with the fee's idk if that's something you'd want to do.
