Kinda confused about it. It says no limitations.. Means the downloads will be counted even if it is Asia downloads? And how do they pay? Paypal? can't see the option.. Sorry for the dumb question

The download is counted in every country they support, including Asia.

The pay via. PayPal and filling out your account info becomes availible when you reach the minimum payout of $10.
