I use Magic Submitter and have been very impressed. It's not 100% submission all the time and you really do need to pay into a CAPTCHA service, otherwise you are a slave to the computer. That said, it's a really well thought out piece of software which has brilliant training and the guys behind it are always updating on a regular basis...I have no complaints. Well worth a look IMO.
