Ignoring the absurd numbers posted on the sales page I was curious to have a go with Profit Monarch so I put a few hours into it tonight.
Firstly it comes in three parts. A niche research tool, a video generation tool and a video poster. Together it's for sniping niches and trends for video marketing.
The research tool:
This was the most disappointing part of the lot. The niche research tool is simple to use sure, but it's very limiting. You get more control with google external than you do with it. And some of the niches he identifies as low competition on the video made me laugh.
The video tool:
This is the one part of the tool I actually liked. You give it music, images and text and it creates promo videos for you. There's a good bit of control with this so you can use voice overs and not have the time cutting out on you. It also cuts the time up a bit to avoid duplicate problems.
The posting tool:
I was disappointed with this as well. Slow and poor level of control. No proxy or multiple account options and no account creator. The sites I tested it on, after manually signing up, did at least post using the given titles and tags etc... And it does support spinning. Though for lack of other features it seems to me like a bit of an afterthought.
Overall:
The niche tool is the worst out of any available (and I'm really not a fan of MNF) Since 90% of your traffic would be through Youtube anyway I'm not really stunned by an uploader without proxy/account creation.
Instead of any kind of views, comments, rankings or linking that you'd usually use to get traffic to a video this is more throw a lot of automated shit at the wall and see what sticks. And while you're at it, do it on one account and hope it doesn't get banned or you'll lose the lot.
So the niche tool is bad and uploading videos to anywhere but Youtube seems a bit like caring where you rank on Bing/Yahoo for a longtail. All I really saw decent was the video creator which doesn't do that much more than Windows movie maker.
Each to their own but I think it was oversold, underwhelming and I got my refund.
