I think you might need to go and do some research and a good place to start might be at my how to at Your VIP User Control Area Explained at IpFreelyProxies.net that shows what to do once you've signed up.

When you first open Scrapebox there's a proxy section down the bottom left of the screen. After adding your own IP into your proxy control panel, you copy your proxy list including the port and then Paste it into the proxy box. Once you've done that make sure to save it so you can load it again...
