Help With CPalead (some questions)

Hi all, my name is Jakub im from Czech and this is my first post on mmd. So i got some questions about cpalead. My country dont have surveys so im looking for some programs for changing ip,or proxies ( Only USA ) what are working with cpalead. I earn daily about 10 dollars- Im doing games alone with one program( duck,swat,boomers).You know, one game give 1,65 dollar.
so My question is :
Is here anyone who knows about some programs what are working with cpalead and have many US ips?:questionmark:
Do you know about some proxies what are working with games? Many proxies find games but when i do game i dont take lead.....
Is here anyway how to earn money from cpalead alone?
Please,help me...im student and i want earns daily about 15-20 dollars. Is here something? ...Ps: sorry for my english
