I'm keeping the VPS providers that I use private, sorry. But I will give you some clues. Look for VPS providers in Turkey, Russia, Estonia, Macedonia and China. Make sure you get a good one too. Don't go with a budget VPS for mailing.
I have found that if you are bulk mailing can-spam compliant that finding american hosting providers is not to terribly difficult.

my hosting sent a warning to me once and blocked my account, so just be wary...I agree. Some US ISPs are ok with emailing for as long as you are compliant.

Hi Kickapooh, you mentioned that your emails are not 100% compliant, could you elaborate a bit more on that? What do you leave out (or in) that makes the emails less than 100% compliant and for what reason(s)?
Do you include a physical address and how you acquired the email address?
I've been dabbling in IM for a while now, but I've never done any bulk emailing. I'm going to give it a try, and would like to know some more about those details.

I've been doing email marketing at a volume of around 15k/day and I'm looking to step it up to 100-200k/day.

so far in my exp providers vary greatly, if you don't bother with trying kick's suggestion of sending a spam complaint and seeing how they respond, you will generally have an idea how they are pretty quickly after you start sending out numbers. some will be bugging you / shutting you down right away, others won't bother you.
Does anybody know how I can contact the original poster? I would love to exercise this method, though I need his assistance
