Launching Adult Phone Affiliate Program

Hi Guys,

I've been a AM for about 10 years and i'm launching a new phone sex affiliate program. This will be my first "adult" program. The company has been around for 25 years. I'm trying to determine a competitive payout structure and most of our competitors seem to prefer lifetime rev share as opposed to a flat one time payout. (Customers become a member and pay per minute to talk to our phone actresses) My question is for seasoned adult affiliates. What type of payout would you like to see? If you prefer rev share, what percentage would make it worth your while?
