No follow is a link attribute that instructs spiders not to crawl the particular backlink on the webpage. Hence these links are never indexed in search engines. They are only used to build traffic from various external webpages.
No Follow links are not pass the link juice. But it gives more traffic and it makes your website look natural.

A No follows links is a link that does not count as a point in the favor of page. Its means does not impact on Page Ranking and Page Placement in SERPs.
